Well I went to Tofino and Pacific Rim National Park. Stayed at a campsite right near the airport but in alot of forest. I also saw a bear cross the road. At Grice Bay 3 and a half kilometers away there was also some humpback whales. Here's a list of what I saw from Victoriato and throughout Pacific Rim National Park.

Hey there Canadagurl. Great list of birds there. Did you perhaps have a pelagic along the way?! Plenty of seabirds on that list.
I'm visiting the area next April and planning a trip to Tofino for a pelagic there with www.justbirding.com. Have you been on one? Can you recommend any spots in particular between Sidney and Tofino?
