Unusual Pileated?

A rotted tree pushed into a pit next to my home in an abandoned pasture had some large woodpeckers on it yesterday. I went up and examined where the woodpeckers were breaking up the rotted wood, and it was swarming with live termites.
Seeing a good photo op, I stationed my game cam next to it, and it snapped a pic this morning. I saw a large Pileated fly away from it, and it snapped a pic of another one with a little more white on the wings.
Is this normal or an abberation?

Very Interesting, indeed! Wasn't a lot of the Ivory-Billed sighting controversy centered around the presence of partially leucistic Pileateds in Arkansas? This is worth a look and critical commentary by some of our woodpecker enthusiasts.
