LGRE is actually not in the lead this year - apparently he's concentrating on getting a huge Western Pal year list, so has been out of the country for quite a bit of the time.
However, he does maintain a list of all species seen during the year - it was apparently 309 species (presumably by UK400 rules) on April 18th, so must have grown a bit since then...
it would be interesting to have a BF UK 2005 combined yearlist....
ie one list of uk birds seen this year by BF'ers.
lgre is of course back in pole position again now.
