Hi all
Awaking bleary eyed this morning after a successful visit to the Isle of May yesterday, the bird in question re-jogged my memory and I realised I hadn't let you guys know about my short trip to the Tarifa area earlier this month. Although it wasn't really a proper birding trip, as I had my girlfriend in tow, I hope you find a few observations that I made of interest. The report can be found here:

Spain still remains a favourite of mine - so many birds so easily seen, lovely weather, nice people and good food...
