I dipped out on one of these by an hour earlier this year so was pleased this one has hung around long enough for me to get a chance to see it.
I spent 2 hours watching it this afternoon. It gave great views hunting, catching and eating dragonflies. Great bird (lifer for me).
Although not very good I did manage to capture a pic of it.

I'm currently enjoying a sojourn in Norfolk/Suffolk,but may very well look in to Wicken on my way back to London,but whether it will still be there?
