I've decided I'm going to start a list that I got by either walking, bicycling, ferry, or bus riding. None of this by private vehicle. This can include birds seen if lets say I take a ferry to Port Angeles this fall and then take a public transit bus to Dungeness Spit. As long as I get to the ferry terminal by bus. I thought of making this list since I go about my birding mostly ny transit anyways. Well todays list starts with birds on the way to school and at home and on campus.

Excellent. I do something almost on the same lines. I keep a commuting list. All but one maybe two of the birds of this list of 73 were obtained while on my bicycle. It took about five years to build up this list.
