Seeing as everyone is so into the year list thread that Simon started, what is the highest list you've ever had in one year? And how are you doing in terms of beating it? Do you care about beating it?
Mine was 307 (BOU) British in 2002. So I need another 95 to equal that.
I think I should beat it, having gone a bit crazy this year.

This morning, my best year list was 133 set in 1995 (the first year I got back into birding) but as of 1:30pm today it's 134

Highest here in Japan was only 204, back in '96; I'll outdo that this year, though.
