A colleague of mine is convinced she saw a Perching Duck in Stamford Park in Altrincham. She said it looked very much out of place.
Can anyone explain how it might have got there, as it's supposed to live in the far east.

Lots of ornamental ducks in Stamford Park - in fact very few wild ones!
How did they get there? In what way aren't they wild?
