Definitely a great trip report. I enjoyed reading it, seeing some exotic birds and animals, and then seeing a few of "our" common ducks in Mongolia!

Many of the birds should be familiar to Palearctic birders but, as I spent most of my life in the Tropics, they were certainly exciting to me:-).
