This is a real rarity,a Lucy's warbler should now be in SW Mexico not in Oregon.
The last one seen here was way back in 1986 near Florence Oregon.
Of course I have pictures of her and so do many other people who have come to my home to 'visit' her.
She is a very small little warbler a pale gray with white underside and a rufous rump.
She's also very 'cute'!
She loves sugar water and chuggs down the peanut butter I put on 'her' hummingbird feeders perches. The hummers don't know quite what to do about her, they 'challange' her and when she ignores them, they feed on a opposite perch.
