Just seen a rather splendid Little Auk on the Marine Lake about 1 mile from home. Its 25 years since I saw one up here, and that was competing for my attention with a Desert Warbler and a Great-grey Shrike!
AAArgh! I never was lucky with them...perhaps I should become a twitcher (normally I don´t)...
