You were asking about Grayling fish for a lifer: most good trout streams will have them as well. I have had excellent views at Winchester in the bypass channel just downstream from the College at SU479283, and in the Test (I think) at Overton.
I know another good spot nearer Andover but I've forgotten the name, I'll look it up and add it. Bransbury, the bridge over the Dever at SU421422. Biggest Brown Trout I've ever seen was there as well, clearly a cannibal.
