help

Hi there

could someone please help me identify the attached, im not sure if its an oddly coloured female blackbird, or a different species.

I believe i have seen it twice now, the first time in amongst several redwings on the north norfolk coast, the second today in my front garden a few miles away from the original sight.

First thought was black throated thrush??? But now not sure

Please help

Shads

Yes, it's a female Blackbird. They're very variable. I've one visiting my garden this winter that's almost as dark above as a male.
