As a part time birder Ive always thought lists where a waste of time but after reading through some recent threads I decided to have a go , sitting on my patio this afternoon (the sun is shining ,a lovely day) I noted down in less than half an hour .
blue/coal/long tailed tits (lots of them) blackbird ,thrush ,wood pigeon ,magpie ,robin ,wren, crow ,nuthatch. I think Im converted .
Sounds like you have caught the listing bug..I find it adds something to a day out birding but thats just my opinon..
Yep Even though i have been birding for a few years i only caught the listing bug this year its great i have got a copy of a british list if you want one which will problay be able to take you till you brake the 300 barrier
