I just got back from a short trip to the "in-laws" and spent some time up in the mountains... You just have to, don't you! Although I went to Pollenca etc the most action was at Cuber.
Soaring on Tuesday (03 nov 09) above Cuber Reservoir were these beauties (to me at least!).
Twelve Cinererous and Griffons spent about 30 minutes about 500m above me. Of these there were seven Griffons in total. They have been here since last Winter when they were blown off course from the peninsular.
Not the best quality images as they were so high and I had to hand-hold in the strong wind, and because of their height above me.....
