Seems like Ha sees loads of good birds with a lot less effort!
A friend of mine in HK has just been and also had Giant Pitta at Danum - it got trapped in one of the staff huts!
Still a great list and very much smewhere I plan to go someday - never realized Orangutans could be so easy!

The Orang Utans were much easier than I would have imagined, even in the Danum Valley.
