A brilliant trip around Castro Verde and Sagres, 130 species seen in 72 hours.
Superb sightings of Spanish Imperial Eagle, Eagle Owl. Great Bustard, Little Bustard and a group of about 30 Griffon Vultures being some of the many highlights.
Simon organised the accommodation and transport and his extensive local knowledge meant there wasn't any wasted time.
If you want an intense birdwatching experience and as a bonus a flavour of rural Portugal, I cannot recommend Simon highly enough.
