I've never been a big lister, and have only managed 100 in a day twice before, and again yesterday. I'll post a trip report soon, but would love to hear from other birders who have had a "bird soup" day.
Yesterday was full, Sandplovers, Shearwaters, Terns, Stints, then Noisy Pitta, Scrubwrens and Fantails in the Rainforest. Common Noddy my latest lifer was a highlight. Over 100 but haven't done a full count yet.
Have you had a big day, 100+ species? Please tell
I remember a 99 day once, close...
Perhaps you've had a huge day in south or central america? Anyone managed 200+?
Seen 140+ in Northern India....

Nice!
I manged less than 100 and to get shot at in Northern India.
So I didn't get out for much birding.
Pheasant-tailed Jacana etc was worth it though!
